Microsoft BT stack - drop COM port so Active Sync can see it

Your first step is to install Microsoft's BT stack, make sure it works with no errors and that it recognizes your BT USB pigtail.

Then, in summary, you must setup AS (Active Sync) do that it waits for incoming connection to specific COM port and to make sure that the same COM port is where your BT PDA will connect to when it wants to do AS. The key problem is that AS only supports up to COM6 and MS' BT stack uses virtual COM ports at 10 and above. So the trick is to map a COM port to the PDA which is below 6 so that AS can see the incoming connection.
